Barcelona vs Juventus: UEFA Champions League Final 2014/15

UEFA Champions League Final 2014/15

Barcelona vs Juventus

As the final of the most elite football competitions in the world approaches, we can only speculate as to who is going to be the champion this year. Will the magic trio that consists of Messi, Neymar, and Suarez be too much for the Italians, or will they beable to find a way to protect their net and score? Who is going to be the new hero and who will go home defeated? Will Messi be able to score and become the only player who has scored in three different Champions League finals?

The history is on the side of Juventus. In the past, the two clubs have played nine games, of which Juventus has won 4, Barca 3, and 2 were finished as draws. On the other hand, Barca has won more Champions League finals than Juventus. The Spanish club has won four times, while the Italians just two.

The two clubs met last in the 2002/03 season, when Barca was not one of the top clubs in Europe, and now the situation is completely different. Barcelona has already won their domestic league, and in just a couple of days, they are going to play in the final of Copa del Rey. The interesting thing is that both teams are still able to win the triple (domestic league, domestic cup, and the Champions League).
One thing is for sure – both Barca and Juventus are playing great football, and we can expect an amazing match with lots of goals.
