The next round of Premier League fixtures is coming up at the weekend as we enter the second half of the campaign and that means another chance to improve your Fantasy team.

However, if you continue to select the same players as your opponents, you’re not likely to catch up to them so easily.

This is why every squad needs a player who is selected by a very small majority of people, with the outcome ensuring that you gain some ground on the teams high up the table.

Playing a differential has its risk, but as the saying goes, high risk high return.

Here are three Fantasy Premier League differentials for you to consider ahead of Gameweek 20!

We have put a benchmark of fantasy players who have been selected by less than 5% of the total users, but can earn you a potentially huge reward.

Troy Deeney

Watford star Troy Denney (5.2 and selected by 4.2%) is an interesting shout despite his side facing Manchester City.

City have been struggling outside of home as have only kept one clean sheet since the injury to captain Vincent Kompany. With Kompany unavailable Deeney could continue his good form which has seen him register six goals and seven assists so far this season.

Theo Walcott

Arsenal star Theo Walcott (8.4 and selected by 2.9%) has already been selected by manager Arsene Wenger to feature in five consecutive games given the club’s injury crisis.

This could be the same heading into the upcoming home clash with Newcastle United as he looks to prove his worth before additional reinforcements are brought in during the January window.

Gerard Deulofeu

Everton star Gerard Deulofeu (6.3 and selected by 3.2%) might not be scoring goals like fellow teammate Romelu Lukaku, but that’s a good thing in regards to him being a differential.

He is seen as an attacking alternative to Ross Barkley, who is the majority selection when it comes to a midfield selection this season. However, he recently added his second goal in the latest round of fixtures and already has eight assists so far this term.
