Liverpool vs QPR
Premier League Previews from @OurLogie and @Bet_McLean
What poor season it’s been for Liverpool. Brendan Rodgers is under pressure after a season of failure. Beaten in the Cup semi final and no chance of Champions League football and that after spending over £100m.
Not great to say the least.
25 years since their last title win and counting for a club which was always one of the best. Liverpool have signed 23 players under Rodgers and few have achieved anything. His top four strikers just don’t score enough goals and that is just one of the problems. Beaten by Hull mid week it was a display with so little heart and commitment.
QPR have only had one defeat in their last four but crucially only one win. They blew their chances I feel last week against West Ham. The missed penalty was vital.
Liverpool have nothing to play for but pride. Surely that will be enough to get them over this hurdle.
